        Great for on the go

        I have had this bag for over a year. It is a great size I love the narrow strap. I use it like a wallet in my purse and cann grab it out and go when I just need the essentials.

        Zipper broke after a few uses

        I used this item a handful of times on my ski trip and the front zipper broke. The thread came undone and the zip portion unraveled and came off. For the high price point, I was very disappointed.

        Very nice, but please remove back zipper pocket

        Beautiful bag, but the zipper on the back – the side that rests against your body – causes damage to my clothing when I move, no matter whether I wear it on my hips or crossbody.

        My go to bag

        I have had this bag for a few years and it is my go to bag! I love all of the pockets and it is the most comfortable pack. I have other hip packs, but this one is my favorite and my daily use bag.

        Front Zipper fails after 6 months of daily use.

        Insufficient quality for a high-price hip bag.

        Otherwise a good bag with reasonable size and usability.

        Just what I Need

        This very well made pack will be perfect for carrying the things I need at hand when I work at an Elephant orphanage in Botswana. I wanted something small, relatively flat and easy to open with one hand. I think this will be perfect.

        Flawed design: the buckle presses into hip bone

        3.5 stars out of 4

        Pros (+):

        - High quality

        - Great appearance

        - Plenty of pockets

        - Convenient hidden pocket

        - Key-chain holder

        - Some protection from rain

        Cons:

        The main issue is the strap design: the buckle is positioned on the side, right where the hip bone rests. This makes it uncomfortable to wear the pack on the hip with the back facing out, as the buckle presses into the bone. This was quite disappointing!

        Suggestions:

        1. It would be great if the strap were fully detachable, similar to some Tatonka packs.

        2. Improved rain protection for the zippers.

        3. A zippered side pocket inside the main compartment would be a helpful addition.

        I'm surprised by the buckle's placement—this is something that should have been evident during product testing.
